Gold Road Resources (ASX:GOR) has released its 2025 annual guidance and a three-year production outlook for the Gruyere Gold Mine, a joint venture with Gruyere Mining.
As part of the venture with the Gold Fields, the Gruyere mine is expected to produce between 325,000 and 355,000 ounces in 2025.
The increase in production follows mining developments to access the full ore body.
Duncan Gibbs, Managing Director and CEO of Gold Road, noted the benefits anticipated from these developments, "This enables the delivery of higher-grade run-of-mine ore from the mine to the process plant."
The three-year outlook for Gruyere anticipates annual production ranging from 335,000 to 375,000 ounces, driven by higher mill head grades and improved plant throughput rates.
Upgrades to the processing plant circuit and recent additions, such as a third pebble crusher, support the increased production.
Gold Road has also commenced underground drilling at Gruyere, targeting resource extensions below the open pit.
With potential finds, this exploration could extend the mine's life beyond the current reserve life of 2032.
The advancements represent a robust growth phase for Gold Road, with strategic investments securing future production performance while maintaining sustainable operation costs.
