  • We regularly conduct surveys amongst our employees to find out if there are any issues that need to be addressed or improved
  • We assess our employees not only on what the deliver but also how they deliver their work. We introduced 360 values assessments which count towards the financial incentives of our management employees
  • Our climate assessment tool assesses a range of factors and is directly linked to our strategy. All employees are invited to participate in this assessment.
    - We monitor what our top and bottom themes are in our survey and put action plans in place to address the focus areas
    - We engage with employees on how to improve their work climate
    - We track how different groups perceive the work climate (new starters, long serving employees, age groups, gender, grade and departmental climates)
    - We do detailed surveys every 2 years with an annual check in on progress
