Gold Fields Peru among the best companies for young professionals - euro.eseuro.com

Business Business.- Gold Fields has been recognized as the Second "Best Company"among 130 companies in the country, for young professionals in Peru, according to the Employers For Youth (EFY) 2023 study, carried out by the organization specialized in employability data, FirstJob.

In the recent fifth edition of the EFY study, carried out in Peru and 14 other Latin American countries, the measurement and comparison analysis was carried out on the participating companies in 10 dimensions: recognition, work environment, talent, reputation, innovation, infrastructure, diversity, culture, quality of life, career development and benefits.

The company applied surveys to its staff between 18 and 35 years old, who assessed the benefits received focused on Learning, Development, Work Environment and Quality of Life. With this, the motivation of the human team contributes with a positive impact on the efficiency, productivity and relationships of their communities.

"We consider that this distinction reflects our commitment as a company to provide our people with a solid and comprehensive value proposition, and the efforts we have been making on all fronts to offer a work environment where people are cared for and respected to unlock the maximum its potential. In the recent edition of the Proactive 2023 Awards, mining projects that contributed to generating well-being for the population, through sustainability, were also recognized. At the ceremony, Domingo Drago, vice president of Corporate Affairs and Sustainable Development at Gold Fields, received the distinction awarded to the company for having obtained second place in the medium mining category thanks to its "Wellbeing 360 for all" program.

This initiative consists of promoting a culture of prevention and mental health care, so that each person can successfully achieve their goals in the various areas in which they operate.

In this way, Gold Fields is committed to implementing a series of strategies and actions to promote long-term cultural, emotional and psychological well-being.
