The executive vice president and head of Gold Fields West Africa, Joshua Mortoti has held a roadshow to interact with staff and business partners in Tarkwa, Damang and Accra.
Mortoti used the opportunity to give highlight on production, safety performance and culture journey – The Gold Fields Way – which was launched earlier this year.
He also lauded staff for their hard work and contributions towards the achievement of the company’s production targets in quarter two.
Mortoti also touched on the company’s newly launched “in our hands” safety awareness campaign, which will enhance our staff knowledge and understanding of material unwanted events and critical controls, as well as improve safety culture.
