Gold Fields said Wednesday that its executive remuneration implementation report has been approved with low shareholder support at the annual general meeting.
The South African gold miner said that the resolution regarding the advisory endorsement of the remuneration implementation report passed with just 64.38% of the votes.
Given the votes against, the company asked dissenting shareholders to get in contact if they wish talk about the resolution.
