Routine Management
On the other hand, Routine Management, which is a tool that allows analyzing and proposing action plans to achieve the goals proposed by a certain area.
For example, in the case of Operations Processes, through the "lime consumption optimization" project, savings of approximately 500 thousand dollars were achieved.
Another example is the case of the Mina team, which was able to optimize the consumption of explosives, generating more than 10,000 dollars in savings.
