Gold Fields Ltd. said Wednesday that all resolutions at its annual general meeting passed, but that a resolution related to remuneration received low shareholder votes in favor.
The South African mining company said that resolution 5.2, the advisory endorsement of the remuneration implementation report, received just 66.87% of shareholder votes in favor.
The company said it will address all legitimate objections and concerns raised, and if required engage further with shareholders.
